Beginner's and Family Track Day, Gosling Stadium, Welwyn Garden City - Sunday 8th May 2005Photos see below We had 27 adults and 7 children riding fixed on the track.
There was also a good crowd of freewheelers and NR spectators. It was
particularly nice to see so many youngsters on the track and two track veterans
(Alan Kennedy & Don Smith) returning to track racing. Particular thanks to June
Lacey & Viv Jones for their help with signing on, refreshments and general
organising, & to John Saysell & Tony Bradford for coaching. Thanks to BC Eastern
Region and Welwyn Whs for use of the Nigel Cameron 10 lap block handicap results were: 1. George Olive Results 2 lap pursuit (922 metres)
