A
good night for racing, which attracted thirty riders including twenty four North
Roaders taking part in Round 4 of the Ken Davis Salver at Brickendon
Green. Six members rode their first event of the year, and James McAleese,
riding his first ever Brickendon Green “10”, rode a good time of
25:30. Mark Reynolds made a return to the Green after a long
absence.
Once
again Darren Rochford took the ten points with a time of 22:52 taking 77
seconds out of runner up Roger Bishop. There was a puncture for Nick
Harris and he did not finish. For the second week running Mark Allen
(Whitewebbs) was the actual winner on the night just pipping Darren by
7 seconds.
