Darren
Rochford felt really flat after he punctured at Little Berkhampstead in
Round 2 of the Ken Davis Salver at Brickendon Green. Despite the wet and
cold weather nine North Roaders competed. With the unfortunate puncture
for Darren, runner up last week, Roger Bishop went one better and
collected the ten points. Due to the weather only Richard Somerset
improved his time from the week before, and took the runners up spot. In
third place was Andy Lancaster, with a time of 25:19. Good ride from new
member Alan Mendellson taking seven points with a time of 25:56. The
actual winner was Blue Sky rider Paul Woskolovich past the time keeper in
23:15.
